I have a beautiful pink with silver shimmer to share with you today. Flutter is from the Sheer Shimmer collection (Girls In Pearls) based on what I've been able to find online. I purchased it from Duane Reade in late June for $1.99.
Flutter's formula was kind of thick, but manageable. It was completely opaque and even in two coats. Here I used Sally Hansen Diamond Strength as a base, two coats of Flutter, and no top coat.

I love these kinds of pinks because they're so girly and pretty!! And I love how strong the shimmer is on the nail.
