I have a lovely Barbie pink polish to share with you this Pink Wednesday. I had Mod Squad on my wish list for a while and finally ordered it online from Ulta when I had a coupon. It's from Essie's Spring 2007 collection based on what I was able to find.
Mod Squad is such a beautiful pink, but the formula isn't the greatest. It's a runny, slightly thick crelly that did not apply very evenly. I experienced a lot of balding. I don't know if I got a bad bottle because I didn't notice this complaint anywhere else. I had to take extra care with this polish and wait between coats. I had to use three coats for full opacity. I used Orly Nail Defense as my base and Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat.

Isn't this a really pretty and girly pink?! I really do like it, just not the formula. I plan to keep it around though.
