For Monday blues, I have a beautiful Zoya to share with you. I received Breezi as a birthday gift from Chelsea (one of my fellow twinsies). It's described by Zoya as a soft, dusty, dirty medium cerulean blue with an opaque cream finish. It has a great formula. It's opaque in two coats and applies really well with no issues. I used Tip Top Rebuild as a base and no top coat.
