Show Some Love Saturday

Hi fellow nail polish lovers!!

For this week's mani, I finally tried a look that has been on my "to do" list for a while.  When I read this post from Susan, it reminded me that I'd seen manis where designs were sandwiched between layers of a jelly polish (I'm not sure where the idea originated).  So I decided to do one of my own.

For this mani, the jelly polish I used was Sally Hansen Arm Candy.  It's a sheer, light pink jelly.  I then added purple, white and silver stripes with my striping brushes.  Finally, I added another coat of Arm Candy, then topped it off with Seche Vite.

I love this soft look and I'm looking forward to trying this technique with other jellies and designs.

What do you guys think of today's mani?  Have you tried anything like this before?
