NOTD: Whimsical over Blue

Hi everyone!!  Hope you're having a great Sunday!

Just wanted to share my nails today.  I finally decided to wear Whimsical over blue because it got me in the mood for the season.  I layered two coats of Whimsical over two coats of Pop Beauty Baby Blue.

Base: Essie All in One Base
Top Coat: Seche Vite Fast Dry

    I just LOVE Whimsical! :) I've really been wanting to wear this combo again (Whimsical and a pastel blue) bc it just screams spring. Reminds me of Easter eggs or confetti or something. It's so fun. Love it, it looks great!
