Hi my fellow nail polish lovers!! Happy Thursday! This week seems to be going by so quickly, but I'm not complaining ;0).
Today I have a SpaRitual polish to share with you. While I have a few in my stash, this is the first one I've tried. I purchased Sacred Ground from Apothica.com recently, which I shared with you
here. I wanted this one as soon as I saw swatches start to pop up on blogs. It's like nothing I have.
Sacred Ground is from SpaRitual's Fall 2011 Wilde Collection. It is a slate gray with blue and gold microglitter. The formula was very good. Though the first coat was a bit streaky, it was fully opaque and even with the second coat.
In these swatches, I applied two coats of Sacred Ground with no base or top coat:

Sacred Ground dries to a smooth finish. I love the shimmer this polish has. I think the blue and gold are a nice touch.

DeleteYou got some great shots of this pretty. I got lucky and a friend who sells on eBay wrote and told her her distributor had somehow got some bottles of the entire Wilde SR collection way early - it was first part of June 11! So I got the ones I thought I wanted sight unseen...this being one of them - actually only did not get 2 on the collection. You described it really well. I love SP's Water collection - but last fall 2011's collection will have my heart for a long time.

DeleteThe sparkle in this is fantastic! I think we have SpaRitual over here too but it's kinda expensive. I will check it out to see what they have.
