Twinsie Tuesday - Funky French

Hi everyone!!

Our task this Twinsie Tuesday was to do a funky french manicure.  A funky french is a french manicure that doesn't have the basic clear or neutral base and white tip.  Now, I don't do french manicures very often.  As a matter of fact, I don't do them at all.  Mostly because I don't have a steady hand.  I did, however, recently buy some Kiss French tips tape to help with that, so that made this manicure a little less scary.

I decided to go with Sonia Kashuk Fatigued as the base color and Nicole by OPI Rich in Spirit for the tips.  If you'd like more details on these polishes, click the names and it will take you to my original posts on them.  I then added some flower stickers that I've had for some time from the local beauty supply stores to my ring fingers, just to make it a little more interesting.

I was really happy with the way the mani came out.  I thought it was unique, definitely not colors I use all the time, so it was a welcomed change.  I'll probably be trying some more funky french manicures in the future.  there are so many possibilities.
