Anyhoo, today I'm sharing another Barry M polish that I received from Liane in our swap. Indigo is a deep purple, almost blue polish. It's a creme, but almost has a jelly-like texture. The formula was great!! It went on smoothly and was fully opaque in 2 coats. I was really happy with this polish. It dried to a glossy finish. The pics below are with no top coat.
Now, regarding the pictures, you may notice a difference in the quality. That's because I had my hubby help me out with these pics (he's a professional photographer). I had such a hard time getting an accurate color for this polish. My photos kept coming out navy blue which wasn't truly representative of the polish. I've had this problem before and no matter how many pics I took and how many different locations, it was still a deep blue. I think part of the problem is that indigo is technically a color between purple and blue [I looked it up ;0)]. So these pics are closer to the true color, even though this is still closer to the blue side.

ReplyDeleteThis is lovely! It's on my list for a while now. I know some blues and purples are very hard to photograph. I usually give up because my camera doesn't have so many settings.
