I have a Loreal polish from their new collection, London Fall, to share with you today. Notting Hill Blues is a beautiful bright blue creme that isn't extremely unique, but I love it! It applied evenly and easily and was opaque in two coats.
In the pics below, I used 2 coats with no base or top coat.

I love this polish!! A simple, pretty blue with an excellent formula. I actually think it's great for summer.
I picked this one up at Rite Aid for between $3-$4.
