Today I have a polish from Misa's Fall 2012 collection, Frozen in Time. I picked this one up at a local beauty supply store for $3.99. It's a gorgeous blurple creme with gorgeous pink shimmer. It has a great formula. It applied like butter and was fully opaque in two coats. I used Nail Life Revitalizer as a base, two coats of Frozen in Time and Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat.

So I kind of cheated because it's not a full on blue, but this will still take your Monday blues away, no?. I mean, look at that gorgeous shimmer!!!
