Yesterday, I shared
Finaflor's Tutti Frutti with you, a polish that I received from Brazil. Because of the streaky formula, I decided to add a glitter top coat. Glitter
does make everything better.
I received this Nails Inc. Special Effects top coat from the lovely
Saira a few months ago. It's jam packed with holographic glitter in a clear base. I added a coat of Seche Vite after applying one coat over Tutti Frutti.

Isn't this such a gorgeous top coat?!! It could add a beautiful sparkle to ANY polish! I'll be using this one on a regular basis. It's so pretty!
What do you guys think of this polish? Do you use glitter to cover up imperfections in your polish?
