Today I'd like to share my swatches of Fly from the Nicki Minaj collection that was recently released. I picked up this polish the day after Christmas where they had OPI on sale, buy one, get one 1/2 off. Sweet deal ;0). I also picked up Pink Friday and Save Me, which I'll share in separate posts.
Fly is a teal polish that is a cross between a creme and a jelly. Can we call it a crelly? Yes, I made that word up, let's call it that. I really love this color. It's not too in your face, but it's still a bit edgy. It actually reminded me of Sinful Colors Savage. I'll have to do a comparison at some point of those two.
Application of Fly was okay. The first coat was a bit streaky. With the second coat, I experienced some balding, but it was easily fixed. Otherwise, the polish went on easily and dried to a shine. In the swatches below, I used two coats of Fly and no base or top coat:

I have it as a mini but I haven't used it yet. It's so pretty on you!
