I have a polish I've been wanting for a long time and finally got a chance to order. I've been eyeing Girly Bits polishes for months, but every time I was ready to spend money, there would be nothing available. I finally got a chance to make a purchase last month and Cosmic Ocean was one of those polishes.
Cosmic Ocean is a very sheer shimmer that shifts from blue to green. I decided to layer it over Russian Navy, a lovely navy blue shimmer by OPI. I used Essie All in One Base, two coats of Russian Navy, one coat of Cosmic Ocean, and a coat of Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat.
Keep in mind, my camera did not want to work with me with this polish, so I had a hard time capturing the beauty of this polish.

Cosmic Ocean is sold on the Girly Bits site for $11.50 for a full size bottle. I purchased the mini for $7 (I believe). You can visit Pam's shop here.
What do you think of Cosmic Ocean?
