Hi everyone!!
I have a polish from Revlon's Fall 2013 Evening Opulence collection to share with you today. I discovered this beauty at Target and it's the only one from the collection that I picked up.
Elusive is a black base with green hex and microglitters. It has a slightly streaky first coat, but it levels out with the second coat. It also dries matte. Here are two coats on its own.

Elusive is such a stunning polish with the top coat. I'm in love!! What do you guys think of it? Did you get any polishes from this collection?
