I have a pretty glitter from Urban Outfitters to share with you for Monday Blues. Chilly has light blue microglitter, purple hex glitter and holographic glitter in a clear base. I decided to layer it over
Sinful Colors Savage.

My glitters settled, so it was difficult to get the larger hex glitters on the nail, but it still ended up looking really pretty. I'm really in love with it.
What do you guys think of Chilly? Do you own any Urban Outfitters polishes?
