Too Fancy Lacquer - Here Comes September!

Hi everyone!!

For this week's Twinsie Tuesday challenge, we have to share something blue. So I'm sharing the last of the polishes that I got from Too Fancy Lacquer, Here Comes September.

Here Comes September is a gorgeous deep blue holo with a great formula. It's opaque in two easy coats. Here I used two coats with no base or top coat.

Artificial Light

I love that you don't even need sunlight to see the beauty of this polish. I love the rainbow effect.
