Today I have a real beauty to share with you from an indie brand I discovered on Instagram. I purchased Circus from Polish TBH some time ago because I thought it was such a unique polish. It's a sheer baby blue jelly base with shimmer and small red hex glitter. It's a bit on the thick side, but manageable. It applies evenly, but the glitter does tend to settle so I had to work a bit to fish some of the glitter out. Here, I used three coats with no base or top coat.

As you can see, this polish is really sheer on its own, so I decided to layer it over
Revlon Waterfall to get a more opaque look. Here's how it turned out.

I loved it even more over Waterfall. It was the perfect combo!! This is such a cute polish!
