I was recently sent some polishes to review by a new, to me, brand called Pomegranate Nail Lacquer and I'm sharing the first one with you today. Rampant is a neon fuschia that applies very easily and evenly. The formula was slightly runny, but very manageable. I still had VNL after two coats, but it's so pretty I didn't even mind. As with most neons, it did dry matte.
I decided to add Seche Vite fast dry top coat for a glossy finish.

As you can see, in some lighting it looks more like a cherry red. I really liked this polish. It's my kind of color and the formula was easy to work with. I also think the bottle design is really cute ;0).
